The Durham Choice Neighborhood Initiative thrives on the strength of collaboration and partnership. Our partnering agencies are deeply committed to supporting the residents of Durham Housing Authority and the Choice Neighborhood Participants. Together, with the case management services of Urban Strategies Inc., we provide comprehensive services, resources and opportunities designed to empower families, strengthen communities and foster long-term success, so that every family is stable and thriving. 

Our partners bring divers expertise and services to the table, from cradle to career and beyond, our partners are ready to serve. From workforce development, educational programs to health and wellness initiatives and housing stability support partners provide critical services that promote thriving and stable families. Each partner’s commitment reflects a shared vision of creating a vibrant community where every resident has access to the tools they need to achieve their goals.
